An enrollment space will be reserved for your child when the 2008/2009 Student Application for Admissions, 2008/2009 Enrollment Agreement, and 2008/2009 Fee Schedule and Fiscal Policies have been completed and submitted, and the initial $300.00 Enrollment Fee has been paid. The 2nd installment is payable no later than May 30, 2008, and the 3rd installment is payable no later than August 01, 2008. If all fees are not paid and/or complete forms not submitted by August 01, 2008, the student’s name is placed on the bottom of the class list, and students whose enrollment fees are paid in full will be given priority enrollment.

I/We understand and agree that a portion of the 2008/2009 Enrollment Fee can be rebated only in the following manner: (1) My child attends El Rancho School during the entire 2008/2009 regular, academic school year, and (2) tuition for the school year is paid in full. A portion of the enrollment fee will be rebated to your tuition account in increments of $50.00/month starting on 9/1/2008, for nine consecutive months, ending May 1, 2009. If a student is expelled or the parent/guardian is in breach of their fiscal obligations the Enrollment Fee will be forfeited. In accepting a child for enrollment the school assumes expenses which are not reduced by the child’s withdrawal prior to or during the school year. In the event of such withdrawal, the parent/guardian intends this payment to be liquidated damages, not a penalty.
Please enroll the above-named student in EL RANCHO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. I/We understand and accept the terms of the 2008/2009 Elementary School Enrollment Agreement and the 2008/2009 Fee Schedule and Fiscal Policy. I/We agree to pay to the school all tuition fees and other charges, which are a part of this Agreement. The parent/guardian and the student agree to be bound by the rules and regulations of the 2008/2009 Elementary School Student and Parent Handbook and amendments, as may be distributed from time to time. Modifications to the handbook will be made by written notice to each family at least 30 days before going into effect. The rules and regulations in the handbook apply equally to full-time and instructional students. I/We have read and fully understood the information, rules, regulations, and policies in the 2008/2009 Elementary School Student and Parent Handbook, and have received a copy. I agree to abide by the same.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES: The school reserves the right to remove a student at any time if, in the sole judgment of the school, that student’s industry, progress, conduct, or influence on or off campus is not in keeping with the school’s accepted standards, as determined in the school’s sole discretion. There will be no refund of the tuition where such enforced withdrawal occurs and any unpaid balance is payable in full in accordance with the payment schedule.
If, in the sole judgment of the school, information developed or considered after the contract but prior to the commencement of the school year, suggests the inappropriateness of attendance in the school for the student concerned, the school may withdraw an offer of reenrollment or new enrollment and void the executed contract. In such case the entire liability of the school is limited to the funds of monies on deposit in the amount in excess of any outstanding balance due for prior years.
The school believes that a positive and constructive working relationship between the school and the student’s parents/guardians is essential to the fulfillment of the school’s mission and the progress of the student. Thus, the school reserves the right not to continue enrollment or not to re-enroll the student if the school concludes, in its sole discretion, that the action of the parent/guardian make such a positive and constructive relationship impossible or seriously interfere with the school’s accomplishment of its educational purposes..
